Grigio at Tempe Town Lake – Boundary and topographic survey, concept engineering plans, horizontal control plans, grading, drainage, and paving plans, onsite water line plans, onsite sewer line plans, hydrology study, storm water pollution protection plan, and condominium plat  for 497 high-rise apartment units and 96 townhouse units on about 8.3 acres of land.  The complex also has a multilevel garage and four detached storage/garage buildings.  Tempe, Arizona.

Hidden Waters

Hidden Waters Ranch - Hidden Waters Ranch is a Maricopa County Development Master Plan (1,300 acres), re‑zoning (650 acre) and single-family preliminary plat for 608 single-family lots with school, church, and water and wastewater treatment facilities on 175 acres.
Cando Place

Cando Place - Cando Place is a Pinal County tentative plat for 214 single-family lots on 76 acres.  The project is located approximately eight miles south the City of Maricopa.  This development requires paved road access and rural water and sewer service.
Volare

Volare - Volare is a Planned Area Development zoning and single-family preliminary plat project located at the eastern edge of the city of Casa Grande.  The project consists of a maximum of 405 lots with all public streets, trail system, and community park. 

Stanfield

Stanfield - Stanfield Estates is a Pinal County tentative plat for 300 single-family lots on 95 acres.  The project is located approximately five miles south of the city of Maricopa.  This development requires paved road access and rural water and sewer service.
